Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. During peak periods delivery may take slightly longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden handling or fuel surcharges.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also follow your order on our Track Order page.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact support@triseat.com within 14 days and we will send a replacement free of charge.
