30-Day Return Window
You may return your TriSeat within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the seat is unused and in its original packaging.
How to Return
Email support@triseat.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
Would you prefer a different colour or configuration? We will exchange your seat free of charge within the 30-day window.
Non-Returnable Items
Seats that have been involved in a collision, or that show signs of misuse, cannot be returned for safety reasons.
